January 2025

Starting in January, I'll be teaching at Pyle only on Fridays (9:15 Chair Yoga, 10:30 Bones & Balance, 11:30 Bones & Balance 2) and I'll no longer be teaching at Aster. Other teachers will be taking over these classes.

Pyle Classes - January through March 2025

My Pyle classes are for age 50+.
​The center is located in Tempe, Arizona.  
​Virtual/Zoom options available - see registration below.
​All times listed are 
Arizona time which does not participate in Daylight Saving Time.
​​ Friday
  • 9:15 AM - Chair Yoga:  Stretch and release tension with gentle seated movements and a few standing movements while holding the chair.  1 hour.  
  • 10:30 AM - Bones & Balance:  Seated & standing movement, light weights and resistance bands, emphasis on balance and weight-shifting while standing behind a chair.  45 minutes.
  • 11:30 AM - Bones & Balance 2:  Seated & standing movement, light weights and resistance bands.  Emphasis on balance, including exercises on one leg, and weight-shifting while standing near a chair.  1 hour.​​​

When you register, the class number will be different for in-person vs. remote/virtual/Zoom, so watch out for that. 
$5 drop-ins are available for some classes if the class isn't full. Please call ahead if unsure: 480-350-5211.
