Monday
- 10:30 AM (AZ time) Bones & Balance: Seated & standing movement, light weights and/or resistance bands, emphasis on balance and weight-shifting while standing behind a chair. 45-minute class.
- 8:05 AM Yin Yoga: Gentle, passive, longer-held yoga stretches for several minutes each. This allows us to bring increased range of movement to the connective tissues which run throughout the body. Mostly done on the floor. 55-minute class.
- 9:15 AM Chair Yoga: Stretch and release tension with gentle seated movements and a few standing movements while holding the chair. 1-hour class.

- 8:35 AM Yoga Nidra guided meditation: Guided meditation, also known as Yogic Sleep. Participants are usually lying down but you can be seated. You will be coached into deeper levels of relaxation and finding that inner stillness. 55-minute class.
- 9:15 AM Chair Yoga: Stretch and release tension with gentle seated movements and a few standing movements while holding the chair. 1-hour class.
