Pyle Classes - Spring 2024 - starting March 18th
My Pyle classes are for age 50+. The center is located in Tempe, Arizona.
Some of these classes are hybrid (when registering, choose in-person or virtual/Zoom).
All times listed are Arizona time which does not participate in Daylight Saving Time.

Monday
- 9:30 AM (AZ time) Seated Strength: While seated in a chair, we'll use light weights, resistance bands, and Pilates magic circles to strengthen muscles. 45-minute class. Hybrid (in-person or virtual).
- 10:30 AM (AZ time) Bones & Balance II: Seated & standing movement, light weights and resistance bands, emphasis on balance and weight-shifting while standing near a chair. 1-hour class. Hybrid (in-person or virtual).
- 9:15 AM Chair Yoga: Stretch and release tension with gentle seated movements and a few standing movements while holding the chair. 1-hour class. Hybrid (in-person or virtual).
- 10:30 AM Bones & Balance I: Seated & standing movement, light weights and resistance bands, emphasis on balance and weight-shifting while standing behind a chair. If you feel unsteady when walking, this class is for you. 45-minute class. In-person only.
- 9:15 AM Gentle Yoga: This is a mat class, and we'll use a chair sometimes as a prop. Mats and props (blankets, blocks, straps) available on site. 1-hour class. In-person only.

- 9:45 AM Chair Yoga at Aster Senior Center at Mesa Downtown (480-962-5612). $3 per class, please call ahead or arrive early to register. In-person in Mesa.
